The roofs of our main building and our gymnasium are equipped with photovoltaic systems. The total capacity is 124 kWp.
Today so far produced:
70,560 Wh
With the electricity produced so far today you could, for example:

(Note: The systems provide no data or only sporadic data in darkness, so no updates occur overnight.)
Since the installation of the PV systems we have generated in total:

History
Our first photovoltaic system, with a for its time quite “substantial” output of 2,000 watts peak, was erected in 1997. It was financed from donations. The system was mounted on the west facade of the Kreuzbau building. The Kreuzbau was demolished as part of the school’s complete renovation and the photovoltaic system was dismantled.
In 2012, the Forum Gymnasium Rahlstedt, our sports and events hall, was built. A photovoltaic system with a capacity of 24 kWp was integrated into the roof from the outset.
In 2024 the largest system on our school grounds went online. Almost the entire roof of the main building is equipped with PV panels. This system has a total capacity of 100 kWp.
