The network meeting of all Hamburg UNESCO project schools has long since become a tradition: This time the Grootmoor Gymnasium opened its doors for us and welcomed us with an exciting program of various workshops on the theme “Overcoming Boundaries,” which we will further develop thematically at all schools throughout the year.
The diversity of possible boundaries became tangible for everyone through the lovingly designed program and the outstanding moderation by an engaged group of eighth graders. The workshops addressed topics such as economy, environment, gender boundaries, social and cultural boundaries. As always, the workshops were designed across year groups, which all participants perceived as a great enrichment.
A huge thank you goes to the Grootmoor Gymnasium for organizing this beautiful and enriching day.
