Certificate for 4th grade (1st semester)
Original (to show) and copy (to stay with us)

Primary school recommendation with competency grid
Received from the primary school
Original and copy (both to stay with us)

Completed enrollment form with original primary school stamp
Received from the primary school
Original to stay with us

Identity card or registration confirmation for parents and child
Original (to present) and copy (to stay with us)

Photo of the child
Please label with name. It does not have to be a passport photo.
